Download videos to watch offline on iPhone.
Save a movie or an episode to the phone before you leave. On the plane it plays like any other title, with subtitle and audio switching.
Steps
5 steps. One job each.

Open the title
Tap the movie or episode in 4789 to open its page.

Open Sources
Tap Sources. The list shows what your connected services can play, with resolution and file size.

Tap the download icon
Pick a source that fits your storage. A 1080p file is usually a few gigabytes. 4K remuxes can be 40 GB or more.

Watch the progress
Discover → Downloads shows every download and its progress. You can keep using the app.
- 05
Play it anywhere
When it is done, the title plays with no Wi-Fi or mobile data. Subtitles and audio tracks still switch.

Where files come from
Downloads come from the services and sources you have connected. 4789 does not host or supply video.
Local files
A file you already own goes in through Discover → Local Files → Import. See play MKV on iPhone.
Storage
Check iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage before a long trip. Delete finished downloads from the Downloads screen.
